Your program of study sets out your path to completion and graduation. You have access to this road map through eConnect.
You, the student, have the ultimate responsibility to select and register for courses meeting your graduation requirements. Please check your program of study every semester to make sure you are on track for graduation.
You should file an official program of study audit request after your first semester of enrollment. If you are receiving veterans benefits or are enrolled as an international student, please check with your veterans advisor or international student advisor regarding procedures for filing your program of study audit request.
Please note: Credit is granted by one of the seven colleges of DCCCD.
You must complete 25% of the total credit hours for your degree/certificate through the college awarding the degree/certificate. Your credit hours can be taken online or in person.
Unofficial Evaluations may be requested at the Advising Center.
The Program of Study Audit Request Form is for an Official Evaluation of your academic credentials. Program of Study Audits may be requested any time during your first term or any subsequent terms within the DCCCD, provided ALL official transcripts are on file at the college from which you request the evaluation. This form
is not an application for graduation nor a diploma.
