British Isles, England, Ireland and Wales (May 2019)

Dates: Tentative departure is May 20, 2019, for ten days
Host College: Richland College. 
Cost: If enrolled with EF by April 30, 2018, $3,629 for participants under age 30, or approximately $295 per month for travel. After April 30, 2018, the cost is $3,989, or approximately $325 per month for travel. For ground travel only, please contact Education First at 1-877-485-4184. Tuition for the three-hour course will be due to the DCCCD during the usual registration period for Maymester 2019.

Credit: Students may earn three credit hours in honors English 1301, 1302, or 2321 (British Literature).

Information Sessions

A limited number of non-Honors student spaces are now available! Interested students may attend the following come-and-go information session at Richland College in El Paso Hall, room 055 (the Honors Student Center). Stop by as your schedule allows!

  • Tuesday, February 12, 10:00 am to noon; 1:30 to 2:30 p.m.
  • Wednesday, February 13, 9:30 a.m. – 11:00 am; 11:30 am to 1:00 pm, and 3:30 – 4:30 pm
  • Thursday, February 14, 11:00 am –12:30 pm; 1:00 – 4:00 pm

Enroll now with EF (Education First). LATE FEES for the EF portion of the program start February 14.

Scholarships and Payment

DCCCD scholarship opportunities are available for students taking at least 12 DCCCD credit hours in the summer, which includes the Maymester Study Abroad:

Tuition for the course is due to DCCCD during the regular registration period for Maymester 2019.
