CAP Success Advising Center

We are now in REGISTRATION SEASON. Walk-In Advising (first come first served) is the only available type of appointment. Please be aware, Walk-In Advising appointments average 5 to 15 minutes. We will return to Scheduled Advising Appointments starting in September 2019.

In support of the Richland College mission, the CAP Success Advising Center for Developmental Education provides students with the support, encouragement, and resources necessary to complete the developmental education sequence in a timely manner.

The CAP Center ("CAP" = "Comprehensive Advisement Placement") desires to provide procedures, instruction, and support to students on their journey to become independent learners while acquiring the necessary skills to be successful in college-level courses and achieve their educational and career goals.

  • Study skills resources
  • Referrals for tutoring, testing, career services, etc.
