Richland College 

Sandy Toler has taught Computer Science courses for Richland College since 2015; she also teaches at the University of Texas at Dallas. She previously taught computer science at North Garland High School and Spring Creek College in Plano. Professional experience includes serving as an IT consultant at Southland Technology in Richardson for three years. 

She holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from Texas A&M University and a master's degree in software engineering from the University of Texas at Dallas. Skills areas include databases, team building, public speaking, management and HTML.
