Faculty, Engineering Degrees for Transfer

Bushra Dweik began teaching engineering and computer science courses at Richland in 2006 and has taught a wide spectrum of classes, including digital systems, linear algebra, circuits, experimental techniques and microcomputer concepts and applications.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Jordan University for Science and Technology and a master’s degree in electrical engineering, with concentrations in signal processing and communication theory, from the University of Texas at Arlington. She holds teaching certification in math education and taught math and science in both public and private high schools for three years.

She also worked as a lab coordinator and instructor for digital labs at Yarmouk University in Jordan. She has attended numerous conferences and workshops on the topics of education, math and technology skills, and leadership.
