“I earned an associate degree to be able to move into a position as a process engineering technician or equipment engineering technician at TI.

“My experience at Richland was great, and I enjoyed it a lot. The instructors have experience in the field and are hands-on teachers. The way they teach you to think really helps to develop problem-solving skills that I’ll need to advance to being a process engineer.”

Paul Graham earned an associate degree in Richland College’s Semiconductor Manufacturing program in the college’s School of Engineering, Business and Technology.
