Game Simulation (Continuing Education)

Do you love video games? Have you ever wondered how to make them
or what a career working on them would be like?
The Game/Simulation program at Richland College can give
you the skills to turn your dreams into a virtual reality.

The Game/Simulation program gives you the skills you’ll need with a three-pronged approach:

  • A solid technological base in digital art and animation with industry-standard software
  • Integrated elements of traditional art and design for a well-rounded skills set
  • Interpersonal relations components that include effective communication and collaboration skills to work with a creative team on the job

Interactive computer simulation is a versatile technology that goes far beyond its most well-known applications of video gaming, film and television. 3-D animation is a dynamic medium that can illustrate complex ideas in a short time, with uses in fields from medicine and education to architecture and more.
