The colleges of DCCCD offer CCNA (Cisco Certified Networking Associate) and CCNP (Cisco Certified Networking Professional) training to start your career in computer networking.
Cisco training is the beginning of a career in network management, building the skills you need to thrive in networking jobs. Students learn how to design, build and secure intelligent networks, while developing other skills like leadership and collaboration. Soon after graduation, many of our alumni work as network engineers, designers, or administrators.
This program prepares you for the Cisco Certification exams. Students who take and pass the exams are certified as Networking Associates or Networking Professionals by Cisco.
In our Cisco Certified Networking Associate (CCNA) course, you'll develop a working knowledge of routing, switching, network applications, protocols and services.
The Cisco Certified Networking Professional (CCNP) curriculum builds on CCNA classes, with in-depth study of advanced routing and switching for converged voice, video and data enterprise networks.
