The Skills Development fund program at the Richland College Garland Campus provides customized job training programs for businesses who want to train new workers or upgrade the skills of their existing workforce.

Skills Development Fund Partnership - Richland College, Texas Workforce Commission, Business Partners in the community

The Skills Development Fund Grant is a partnership among the Richland College Garland Campus, the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) and our business partners in the community.

TWC pays for the training through the Skills Development Fund, the Richland College Garland Campus administers the grant and provides the customized training programs, and local businesses create new jobs and improve the skills of their current workforce.
