South Dallas Training Center (SDTC) is the newest addition to the Richland College Garland Campus. The South Dallas Training Center's purpose is to provide workforce training for good jobs to South Dallas residents and community. The Center offers non-credit, short-term, fast-track employment training programs.

The Skills Development Fund Grant is a partnership between Richland College Garland Campus, Texas Workforce Commission and our Business Partners in the community. With this grant, Richland College Garland Campus provides customized training to employees to help increase workplace skills and wages. The training includes the categories of Business Technical, General Technical and non-technical.
