12800 Abrams Road, Dallas, Texas, on 243 acres of former farmland adjacent to the cities of Richardson and Garland.


Established in 1972. One of seven campuses in the Dallas County Community College District.


Offers the two-year college transfer associate degree, plus associate degrees and one-year certificates.


Traditional fall and spring 15-week terms plus summer terms, a Winter Term, a May Term and 4-, 6-, and 8-week flex terms throughout the year.

Financial Aid

A number of financial aid programs available including on-campus work-study, scholarships & short-term loans.


  • College credit enrollment is approximately 20,000.
  • Anglo students comprise 24% of our enrollment, while the percentages for other ethnic and racial groups are African-American - 19%, Hispanic - 34%, and Asian-American/Pacific Islander - 16%.
  • RLC's student body includes 53% women, 47% men.
  • 43% of our students are Academic Transfer Program students.
  • 31% of our students are Career Technical Program students.
