I am a new Hazlewood student at RLC that is a former Texas member of the U.S. Armed Forces.
- Ensure you meet the Requirements for Eligibility.
- Fill out and complete the HEV application:
Application for Veterans - DD214 - Member four or long form which includes discharge information.
- Print out from the HH Loans website at HHLoans.com - regarding loan status
- Print out from the https://www1.thecb.state.tx.us/apps/hsh/students and/or Hazlewood transcripts are required from all institutions at which you have used Hazlewood since Fall 1995.
- Need Certificate of Eligibility (COE) or Benefits Letter from Dept Veteran Affairs (If you served after 09/11/2001 or receiving CH 31)
- Tuition Account Summary or a copy of your CE sign up sheet completed
