Technical Education Advisors provide students with individualized, comprehensive services supporting their success at Richland College and in their individual Technical Education programs. (Remember if you are interested in any of the Richland Technical Education Programs always ask to see a Technical Program Advisor when signing-in.)
Comprehensive Advisement Services include:
- Information on all of the Richland College Technical Education majors.
- Degree planning, course sequencing and registration for declared Technical Educational degree or Certificate seekers.
- TSI Assessment, C.S.P. (Computer Skills Placement) score interpretation, Suspension/Probation student advisement and referrals as needed to Financial Aid, special support programs e.g. Working Wonders/Gender Equity, Testing Center, etc.
- General information and appropriate referrals for all DCCCD Technical Education programs.
- Information for general college transfer; BA, BS, and BAAS degree options
