As an integral part of Richland's Emeritus Program, the Silver Ducks fitness classes are your opportunity to have fun and meet new friends while doing something good for your body.
Coaches Bill Neal and Ranna Lucas have designed a five-spoke movement activities program that currently serves a community of over 250 Silver Ducks ranging in age from 50 to 90. Silver Ducks have a great time together during class activities, holiday parties or end-of-semester picnics. Please check out our photo collection and plan to be in one of these pictures some day soon. Photos for additional PE class offerings in the Emeritus Program such as Tai Chi, Golf, Basic Yoga and Gentle Aerobics will be added as they become available.
