Program Eligibility
To be eligible for the program, students must:
- graduate in the top 40% of their class or
- graduate from a Dallas County eligible public high school or from the Dallas Can! Academy
- demonstrate financial need and meet one of the following criteria:
- graduate in the top 40% of their class or
- graduate with a "B" or better average or
- pass all three sections of the THEA/TSI or Accuplacer Test
Note: This program is accessible to US Citizens, Permanent Resident and Undocumented Students. - Second Language students might be required to take a language assessment test prior to being referred to take the THEA/Accuplacer Test.
