Educational Requirements for Applying for Salesman Licensure

For Your Initial Licensure You'll Need

210 classroom (14 semester) hours total, of which;
150 class (10 semester) hours must be in core real estate, with a minimum of
60 class (4 semester) hours in the Principles course, and
30 class (2 semester) hours in the Law of Agency course 30 class (2 semester) hours in the Law of Contracts course

For Continuing Licensure Privileges

A salesman is required to show satisfactory completion of an additional:

60 class (4 semester) hours of sales annual education (SAE) core or related courses by the end of their first yearof licensure.
270 class (18 semester) hours total for continued salesman licensure, of which at least;
210 class (14 semester) hours must be in core real estate courses.
60 class (4 semester) hours from core or related courses.
