Drug & Alcohol Offenses
Richland College and the Dallas County Community College District prohibit the unlawful possession, use, or distribution of illicit drugs or alcohol on the campus grounds. Students who violate these provisions may be subject to disciplinary expulsion and criminal prosecution. Employees who violate these provisions may be subject to termination and criminal prosecution.
