This experience will provide you an opportunity to meet other new students, administrators, faculty and current Richland students. Participation is mandatory for new-to-college students who have not attended college previously. (NOTE: Students who have previously earned college credit hours, Richland Collegiate High School, dual credit, Multicultural Center, transfer and Emeritus students will be advised and registered through other advising areas of the college and are not required to attend an OAR Session.)
