Head Coach: Sean Worley Sean Worley begins his 15th year at the helm of the Richland Men's Soccer Program, where the T-Ducks have compiled a record of 204 wins 62 losses 19 ties. Worley, a native of San Jose, CA, has 20 years' coaching experience. He has coached at the college, high school, club and Olympic Development Program levels. Worley, an accomplished graduate of San Diego State University also holds a United States Soccer Federation "A" license.
Assistant Coach: Francisco Molina Francisco Molina returns for his ninth season as the Richland College Men's Soccer Assistant Coach. Since coming to Richland, Francisco has been part of five National Titles and is a valuable part of Richland's success. Francisco is a former Mexican National U-18 player, with 8 years of experience playing professional soccer in Mexico. He currently holds a USSF "B" license and the Mexican National Coaches Licenses. He started his coaching career in the Monterrey Youth System in 1992-1993, before coming to Dallas. In 1994 and 1996 he won National titles with the DFW Toros and went to Regionals from 1995-1998. In 1998 Francisco took his knowledge to FC Dallas, where he is currently working with the FC Dallas Juniors Academy Team. Francisco holds an Associate Degree in Computer Technology and Fiber Optics, as well as a degree at FIME at U.A.N.L. in Monterrey, Mexico.
Assistant Coach:
Kevin Megli
Kevin Megli returns for his eighth season as a member of the Richland College coaching staff. During Kevin's time at Richland he has worked with both the Men's and Women's Soccer Teams. At Richland College, Kevin has been part of four men's national championships and two women's national championships. Kevin Megli is a former York College standout, receiving numerous awards including NAIA player of the week, All Region, and All American nomination. After returning from college, he worked with Solar Soccer Club, and was the Goalkeeper Director, and a Staff Coach. He is now working with the Texas Titans as the Academy Director for the Dallas Area. Kevin currently holds a USSF "B" License, and a NSCAA Advance National Diploma.
Goalkeeper Coach: Jimmy GarcíaGarcía returns for his second season as Richland's Goalkeeper coach. García's background includes playing in the USL for the West Texas United Sockers in Midland, Texas. He also had stints with the El Paso Patriots, DFW Tornados, and the DFW Toros. García played indoor soccer for Vitesse Dallas where he lead his team to a PASL National Championship in 2009. García also played for Richland College where he led the Ducks to the 2004 National title and earned First Team All-Tournament honors. He is currently the goalkeeper trainer for the #1 youth club in the country, the Dallas Texans Soccer Club.
Student Assistant: Remy Smith Remy is currently taking classes at Richland. Remy is from The Netherlands, where he played in the Dutch National Youth Division as an U17 and U19 player, as well as coached youth soccer for 2 years.
