FAQ's

Who is eligible?

All Richland students, faculty and staff are eligible and encouraged to participate. Whether you are an avid athlete or just enjoy a little competition and exercise, we have a program for you!

How to participate?

You can get with your friends and build your own teams, or visit the intramural office and we'll find a team for you. There's no need to hesitate just because you don't know other people who want to play on a team. We're always happy to introduce you to other sports enthusiasts. Bulletin Board

Intramural participants will find important messages on the bulletin board located across from the trophy case in the gym. Schedules, results, entry deadlines and entry applications will be posted on this bulletin board.

Awards

intramural championship shirts will be awarded to first and second place finishers in individual events and to all members of championship teams.

Scheduled Times

All intramural activities are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:30 to 1:45 p.m.

What about injuries?

If you are injured in an intramural event, you may be given first aid treatment. however, Richland is not responsible for injuries incurred while participating in intramurals and you are urged to carry some type of health and accident insurance. You assume all financial obligation for injuries when participation is voluntary.
