Vendor/Registration Agreement
Vendors:
- Space limited to 32 vendors
Vendors will receive:
- Registration as vendor on program
- Mailing list of vendors at the event
- Opportunity to network with Doctors, healthcare providers, and trained Healthcare Information Technicians
Richland College agrees to:
- Provide one 6 foot table top booth space at the Expo with a black linen tablecloth and two chairs
- Booth spaces are 8 X 8
- Signage and advertising for the EXPO
- Electricity will be available for 15 spaces and is available first come basis
Vendor agrees to:
- Pay for the booth in full, before the date of the Expo, January 19, 2012. No refunds available.
- Show up for EXPO
- Set up booth during the approved time frame Wednesday, January 18, 2012 before 5:00 pm, and leave the entire booth up until AFTER the show is officially closed at 2:00 pm on Tuesday January 19, 2012. (Set up time Wednesday, January 18, 12:00—5:00)
- Bring your own extension cord and power strip to reach the available electrical plugs. Power to your booth must be requested at time of agreement. (Plugs are limited)
