* This is the maximum total debt from Federal Stafford Loans that students can borrow while pursuing their undergraduate degree. Remember, a loan is money that you must pay back and there is a limit to the amount are allowed to borrow. Borrow only what you need! If you plan to continue your education at a university after completing your core courses at Richland College, keep in mind the cost of education will be considerable and you may want to reserve your Stafford Loan eligibility for then. Remember also, that borrowing a Stafford Loan means you are going into debt and you will have to repay when you earn your degree or enroll less than 6 credit hours.
