Intensive Learning Communities (ILC)
The Intensive Learning Communities feature an integrated skills approach to language learning.
ILC students:
- learn English in fun, innovative ways by studying topics in American life and culture;
- work closely with their classmates and instructors to develop skills in all language areas;
- are tested to ensure correct placement; and,
- are able to complete two levels of ESOL each semester by attending class three-and-a-half hours each day, Monday through Friday.
