What is Educational Personnel?
The Educational Personnel Program at Richland College provides courses and instruction for students to develop skills and knowledge to work effectively with school age children.
The Educational Personnel Program is unique in its design. It prepares paraprofessional educators (Teacher Assistants, Instructional Aides) to meet the No Child Left Behind requirements to be employed in public schools.
Educational Personnel is also a university transfer program providing the first two years of a four year EC - 4 teacher certification degree.
