Developmental Math 0097 (DMAT 0097)
You should enroll in DMAT 0097 if:
- Your placement scores indicate this is the appropriate course.
- You completed DMAT 0090 with a "C" or higher.
- You have never completed an algebra course before.
- You don't feel confident in recalling your first year algebra concepts.
Course Description:
DMAT 0097 is a first algebra course which introduces the topics of operations on real numbers and polynomials, solving linear equations, graphing, simple exponent operations, and solving “word” problems. A learning lab is available to provide additional assistance. (3 Lec.)
