You should enroll in DMAT 0090 if:
- Your placement scores indicate this is the appropriate course.
- You have trouble understanding the basic operations of numbers.
- You have difficulty working with percents or fractions.
- You have trouble understanding when to add, subtract, multiply, or divide in working basic application problems.
Course Description:
Designed to develop an understanding of basic operations on fractions, decimals, percents, and signed numbers, this course prepares students for a beginning algebra class. A learning lab is available to provide additional assistance. (3 Lec.)
