If you are confronted with a problem, it is normal for you to continuously focus on the problem, but you need solutions. What happens if you canít think of a possible solution? Let us talk about it. Each one of us needs the opportunity to seek for a solution to the problems we are confronted with throughout our lives.

Welcome to counseling! I believe it is important to establish a collaborative environment with each student to help provide another perspective, allow each student to be the expert of their own life and create goals that shift the focus on the tasks that will lead to success. My style is pragmatic, flexible and open to use appropriate humor to assist in discovering new insight.

I began my educational journey here as a Thunderduck and grateful to be back on campus. My experience is derived from working with youth, individual adults, and families in a variety of school and non-profit community settings. My area of expertise includes anxiety, depression, grief and loss, personal growth and stress management. Currently I am interested in working towards my certification in thanatology.
