The purpose of this orientation is to provide Richland´s adjunct faculty with essential information in the following areas:

• Overview of Richland College
• Adjunct Faculty College Center & Evening/Weekend Support Services Center
• Beginning of the Semester
• End of the Semester
• Student Retention Strategies
• Professional Development
• Adjunct Faculty Association

At the end of each section, you will need to complete a very short quiz related to the material contained in each section. In addition, you will need to complete a short evaluation of the orientation.
