Color Laser Print Fee Policy
Due to the high price of toner (and wear-and-tear on our printer) when fliers or posters are printed in-house on our color laser printer we must charge for them. Before printing, we must have the GL account # to charge your laser prints to.
Laser prints are printed one-side-only.
Minimum order = $50
Maximum order = 200 sheets
8 ½ x 11 flier: 50¢ per page
11 x 17 poster: $1 per page
What does this mean?
For 8 ½ x 11 sheets:
Minimum order = $50
50¢ x 100 = $50
So the minimum order for 8½ x 11 is 100 sheets
Maximum order = 200 sheets
50¢ x 200 = $100
for 11 x 17 sheets:
Minimum order: 50 sheets
$1 x 50 = $50
Maximum order = 200 sheets
$1 x 200 = $200
