Leadership Camp
The Leadership Camp is designed to foster team building. It is an experiential opportunity to enhance individual and group leadership skills. The 'course' is a series of High and Low elements that incorporate the philosophy of 'Challenge by Choice'.
It is interacting and learning with fellow team members in a fun and supportive atmosphere. All activities are sequenced in a manner that promotes the development of self confidence, group trust, goal setting, cohesiveness, problem solving, and teamwork. Through experiential play, participants discover and explore various solutions to solving a given task
The Leadership Camp objectives are as following
- Understand how important is the use of communication, consensus building and problem solving for a world leader.
- Understand principles of self esteem and diversity in multicultural environment
