The primary purpose of the tuition/textbook loan program is to assist college students who may not qualify for any other type of aid, and do not have enough disposable income to pay tuition and/or purchase books. Students who are eligible for these loans should not be receiving other funding for tuition and books.
Tuition loans are for district tuition only, if you live outside of the district, you are required to pay the difference.
These loans are initially set-up thru Richland's Financial Aid Office. However, the loan accounts are reconciled and maintained thru Richland's Accounts Receivable Department located in the Business Office.
For questions regarding Tuition/Textbook Loans please contact: Rosalia Baker at 972-238-6976 or Kresha Morgan at 972-238-6326
