Richland's cashier window accepts tuition payments in the form of cash, checks, credit cards, money orders and sponsorships/third party billings.
Checks should be made payable to Richland College. All checks must have the valid driver's license number, date of birth and daytime telephone number of the person signing the check, along with the student's name and student ID number. Only standard, bank-issued checks will be accepted. Temporary checks will not be accepted.

Student ID cards are issued through The Office of Student Life located in El Paso Hall, room E034. You must provide a paid tuition receipt in order to receive your student ID card. Your first student ID card is free. Replacement cards are $10.00 each and must be paid for at the cashier windows in Thunderduck Hall.
Check with cashier for availability and current pricing. We do not accept checks for the purchase of DART passes. All DART pass sales are final and non-refundable.

TSI Assessment tests are administered through the Richland College Testing Center located in Medina Hall, room M105. Students must pay at the cashier windows in Thunderduck Hall prior to taking the test(s). A Referral Form must be filled out and presented to the cashier at the time of payment. Campus citations can be paid for at the Richland cashier's window. Justice of the Peace citations cannot be paid for on campus. Follow the directions on the citation.
