Music and Your Brain Down Memory Lane This class explores how music affects our brains and how we can use music to help us learn more effectively, stimulate memories, enhance creativity and change our mood for a healthier lifestyle. Music from different boomer decades will be used in this informative and fun class.

Fact: The average American gains 10 pounds over the holidays.
