The Asian-American/Middle Eastern-American Studies program at Richland College offers students an interdisciplinary approach to the study of the rich and diverse cultural traditions of Asia and the Middle East and their impact on the development of the Asian-American culture. The program offers courses in Asian languages, literature, history, religion, contemporary issues, business, technology, fine arts, and government/politics, as well as cultural, ethnic, and gender studies.
