The CTLC's ACCESS. 1-to-1 program helps students referred by Disability Services or Project SOAR attain educational and career goals by providing individualized tutoring and learning support services.

To show our students how to Approach Challenges Creatively Empowering Student Success
Strategy
To offer students a comfortable learning environment which includes ACCESS to the following:
- Tutors who have received training designed to meet the needs of our students
- Individualized one-to-one standing tutorial appointments
- Additional tutoring through our drop-in lab
- Math Made Easy PowerPoint slides which simplify concepts covered in Developmental Math 090 through 099 and Math1414
- Hands-on math manipulatives
- Math videos and VCR player
- Adaptive technology including JAWS, ZoomText, and Kurzweil 3000
- Links to informative, helpful websites covering course concepts, disability issues and college resources
