Registration Dates
Students on academic suspension or dismissal must meet in T180 with a suspension advisor to determine registration eligibility. Extended registration is not available for students on suspension or dismissal. All students with GPA’s below 2.0 are required to register for classes prior to the first day of classes.

Assessment
After the admissions process is completed, student will pick up an Advising Report in Admissions and Student Records (T170) and Admissions will direct them to the appropriate advising area for an Assessment Referral. Assessments are available in the Testing Center (M105) on a drop-in basis throughout the semester. Specific times and days for the individual assessment will be provided to the student with the assessment referral.
Extended Registration and Limitations
All Students:
May Term: May 18
Summer I: June 8
Summer II: July 7
Extended registration is not available for students on academic suspension, dismissal or with GPA below a 2.0. Any student who registers for the first time during this period may have course selection restrictions based on withdrawal history, GPA and/or academic history. For semester long classes, advisors cannot register students in classes that have met twice. There are also extended registration limitations to lab, flex term and fast track classes. A paid registration summary must be presented to the instructor to show proof of registration and payment.
Payment
All payments are due on the date printed on the student’s Registration Summary. Failure to pay may result in your classes being dropped. Use our Payment Drop Boxes when making full payment. Students who receive Financial Aid should be prepared to pay from personal resources if aid is not received by due date. Payment Plans are available online at http://econnect.dcccd.edu

Refund Dates
All refunds are processed at the district accounting office and may take up to 30 days to process. To get 100% refund you must drop before the first day of the semester.
